The group matwork pilates class is suitable for men and women of all ages, for those rehabilitating post injury and those who are injury free. No previous experience is necessary and classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes are run in small groups, with a maximum of 6 participants.
Attending pilates classes will help:
- Improve posture, strength, coordination, flexibility and balance
- Reduce back pain
- Strengthen core muscles
- Reduce arthritis pain
