Shock Wave Therapy
PhysioFit Lindfield is pleased to offer our clients access to Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy as part of your treatment plan.
How does it work?
Shock Wave Therapy generates high pressured acoustic shock waves that travel through your skin to stimulate pain relief and tissue repair.
It can be used for treatment of:
Hip and knee bursitis
Shoulder rotator cuff pain
SHOCK WAVE THERAPY is used in conjunction with assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise programs.
For optimum results, a course of 4-6 treatments, at regular intervals, is generally recommended.
